Prudential Reporting
We provide comprehensive support or all prudential reporting requirements, working closely with finance, risk and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely submissions. Our expertise spans the full spectrum from data collection and validation through to regulatory interpretations and submissions.

For COREP/FINREP submissions, we establish robust data governance frameworks, implement automated validation controls and provide independent quality assurance reviews. We have successfully supported firms through regulatory examinations, identifying and resolving data quality issues before they become regulatory concerns.

Our MIFID PRU reporting services support investment firms in meeting the prudential requirements under the Investment Firms Prudential Regime. Solvent Exit Analysis and Wind-Down Planning

When the unexpected happens, being able to draw upon a credible Recovery Plan that sets out a variety of options that can be used in different types and severities of stress is an essential. Our team are able to provide insight on all elements of recovery planning, from indicators and options, to scenario analysis and communication strategies. Whether you are drafting a Recovery Plan for the first time, seeking assurance over credibility of the plan or looking to benchmark from a proportionality perspective, our team are able to provide advice. Where there is a plan in place, we can support with designing and running fire drills, or developing and evaluating play books.

Where are recovery or a solvent exit is not viable, regulators rely on the presence of a comprehensive Resolution Pack. Our team can support you in ensuring these documents contain all the necessary information and meet regulatory expectations. For those more complicated firms, we can support you as you navigate the Resolution Assessment Framework (RAF), drawing upon our experience from others in applying these requirements to your unique business situation.

Solvent Exit Analysis and Wind-Down Planning

Our Solvent Exit Analysis (SEA) service helps Boards and senior management understand what steps would be required to exit the market whilst remaining solvent. We evaluate business model resilience, exit options, likely barriers to exit, and the firm’s ability to repay creditors in full under a range of stress scenarios. The output supports regulatory dialogue and informs strategic decisions on future viability.

Where the need for a solvent exit is likely, we can also provide detailed Solvent Wind-Down Planning support. This includes developing comprehensive, wind-down playbooks covering governance, operational readiness, financial projections, wind-down triggers, and intra-group dependencies. We work across all relevant functions to ensure the plan is executable and sustainable, bringing experience of having supported previous UK bank wind downs.

For firms actively pursuing a market exit, we also offer tailored execution support, including project management and risk mitigation to ensure the wind-down proceeds in line with regulatory expectations and internal objectives.
